About

About thebucketlistblog.org: People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing – that’s why I recommend it daily. The reason I created this blog is to motivate and help every reader take a step closer towards fulfilling their bucket list and enriching their lives with new challenges and adventures. I would be more than happy to help you with anything that you see crossed off my list, and if it’s not crossed off my list yet, you can bet I’ll do as much research as I need to make your goals seem more possible.

About me: I was born and raised in Fort Worth Texas, and I am just recently graduated from the University of Texas in Austin. My three greatest passions in life are adventure, entrepreneurship and philosophy, and these are the same three themes that you will see throughout most of my blog posts. The two achievements that I am most proud of on my bucket list are the book that I published in 2014: The Bucket List Journal and the business that I started the following year: Active Adventures AbroadMy mission is to live with a radical obedience to a life scripted by the Author of true purpose and adventure.

  1. I absolutely love your blog, and I am so glad that I found it. I’ve enjoyed reading all of your posts. They have inspired me to get started on crossing things off of my own bucket list!

  2. I just want to let you know, stumbling upon your blog had to be the greatest thing I did all week. Its a really inspirational thing to read especially during hard times. I hope you keep pursuing all the daring things you wish to do, and I hope you know I’ll keep doing the same.

  3. I always enjoy reading other people’s bucket list blogs. Yours was awesome. Great job with it.

Three times in my life I was sure I was on death’s door. Each time, the same questions came to mind. First and foremost was the question, “Have I had wasted my life pursuing silly things that have no real long term significance or have I lived it in a way that I can smile when it comes time to do my life review.” Life is a gift. I want to let the gift giver know I lived it to the fullest. I think I have.

Come visit my bucket list blog and see some of the things I’ve done. Visit http://fisheyeveggies.blogspot.com/. I’m always glad to get new ideas.

  4. Hi there! I must say that I LOVE your blog. I couldn’t have come across it at a better time. I’m a senior at my University and I’m in a blogging class. For the class we have to begin a blog and I have no idea what to write about. I have 4 blogs and I still don’t feel satisfied in the topics of any of them. But then I saw your post about Gods bucket list. It really spoke to me. Because I’m in my senior year, I think it’s time to explore the opportunities God wants me to explore. If you have any advice at all about beginning a bucket list blog, please share. I can’t wait to keep reading your posts.

  5. Wow, I just stumbled across your page and you have one of the best bucketlists I’ve seen in a while! We have a lot of similar list items. Good for you for crossing so many things off! I hope your adventures are continuing 🙂 Thanks for some inspiration!

  6. Bought your bucket list journal today after weeks looking for one. What I like about this journal is the Reverse Bucket List. I get to list all the things I’ve done that I had wanted to do before this whole bucket list journal craze
